Welcome to “Finding HER”

This is a regular nurturing space for women who have lost touch with their true selves, whether due to the demands of motherhood, retirement, critical illness, anxiety, or life’s many transitions. This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.

THIS MONTH:

CHAKRA HEALING: Unlock Your Energy & Restore Balance

• What Chakras are: Understand the significance of each chakra, its role in your well-being, and how it influences your life.
• How to Tap Into Each Chakra: Discover practical tools and techniques to connect with each energy centre and learn how to recognise when they’re in balance or out of alignment.
• How to Cleanse and Restore Balance: Learn simple but effective ways to cleanse your chakras and bring them back into harmony.
• Using a Pendulum for Healing: Gain insights into how to use a pendulum to identify blockages within your chakras, giving you a deeper understanding of your energetic flow.

To close, you’ll be guided through a 30-minute sound & chakra meditation, where soothing vibrations and sound healing will help release blockages and restore balance, leaving you feeling centred and rejuvenated.

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration, improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, or even physical pain.

If you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation.

Sound can lower blood pressure, lower stress & anxiety, relieve aches and pains, and even strengthen the immune system.

What should you bring:

• Eye pillow
• Pillow for head
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Pendulum (if you have one)

Mats & light weight blankets provided.

DOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pm. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand.
