This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women\, share experiences\, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey. \n  \nTHIS MONTH: \nINNER CHILD CONNECTION\nReconnect with the playful\, innocent\, and vibrant spirit within you at our ‘Inner Child Healing’ event. \nJoin us for a transformative experience where you’ll uncover the power of healing past wounds and rekindling the relationship with your younger self. This is your opportunity to release old judgments\, anxieties\, and emotions\, and embrace a more joyful\, authentic you. \nFinding HER:\n\nGuided Meditation to Meet Your Inner Child: Embark on a journey within to meet and connect with your inner child\, discovering the roots of your deepest emotions and fostering healing.\nRekindling Relationship with Your Mini You: Learn to nurture and cherish the little girl within\, understanding her needs and desires to bring harmony to your adult life.\nHealing Judgments\, Anxieties\, and Emotions: Explore techniques to release self-judgment\, manage anxieties\, and heal emotional wounds that have lingered since childhood.\nBuilding Self-Compassion and Acceptance: Develop a compassionate relationship with yourself\, learning to accept and love every part of your being\, including your past experiences. Working together and individually through a workbook.\nInteractive Group Sharing: Connect with other women on a similar journey\, sharing stories and support in a safe\, nurturing environment.\nSound Healing Session: Experience a soothing sound bath to help release emotional blockages and promote deep relaxation and healing.\n\n  \nCome and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle. \nSome months we will have guest speakers – Breathwork coaches\, nutritionists\, movement specialists etc…. \n*************** \nSound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration\, improve mental health\, emotional wellbeing\, or even physical pain. \nIf you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation. \nSound can lower blood pressure\, lower stress & anxiety\, relieve aches and pains\, and even strengthen the immune system. \n  \nWhat should you bring: \n\nEye pillow\nPillow for head\nBlanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)\nWater bottle\nJournal & pen\nCrystals if you wish\n\nMats & light weight blankets provided. \n  \nDOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M.  \nIMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves\, you have epilepsy\, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. \nIf you are pregnant\, please let me know prior or when you arrive. \nAges 18+. \n  \nSTRICTLY NO REFUNDS. \nContact Michelle on 0429218936 or michelle@themrooms.com.au for any questions.
