DESCRIPTION:Sunday Solace – Yoga\, Breathwork\, Meditation\, Mini Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing\nWelcome to your Sunday Solace… \nBegin your morning with 15 minutes of Breathwork and Meditation as we warm up ready for our 45 minutes of Slow Flow Yoga\, followed by a 15 minute Mini Cacao Ceremony and finally resting in 45 minutes of Sound Healing bliss… \nThis is an intimate space with a limit of 10 spots available for each class. Limiting our numbers means you can really go within\, rest & relax. \nThe event will be held at Kindred Soul Sanctuary\, which is located at 2 Elliott Street\, Surfers Paradise. There is free parking available behind the building (the parking says “Reserved” but these spaces are not reserved on Sundays). \nEach session will be slightly different as I will teach some of the numerous Vedic breathwork and meditation techniques including: \n\nJapa Mala Bead Meditation\nVizualization Meditation\nBody Scan Relaxation\nChakra Balancing\nSilent Witness Meditation\nNadi Shodhana Breathwork\nYogic Breathwork\nViloma Breathwork\nKumbhaka Breathwork and so much more!\n\nEach session will have a new yoga class plan\, so no two classes will be the same. I am\nalso qualified in Yin Yoga and may incorporate some Yin Yoga postures as well. \nRegarding the Sound Healing\, I have a few instruments I use throughout the sound healing\ncomponent\, but the stars of the show are the Crystal Singing Bowls. My goal in the next couple of months is to purchase a Gong to use in my sound healings as well. \nI have been lucky enough to partner up with “Soulpops” which is what we will be using for our Mini Cacao Ceremony. Soulpops use a Certified Organic Ceremonial Cacao (Organic Theobroma Cacao from Peru) and they come in two flavours: Honey & Cinnamon or Canadian Maple Syrup. You can choose which flavour you would prefer on the day.
