DESCRIPTION:Transform Your Trauma: A 10-Week Group Therapy Program for Women \nOverview: Transform Your Trauma is a 10-week therapeutic group program designed specifically for women who have experienced interpersonal trauma\, including domestic violence\, childhood abuse\, neglect\, or sexual assault. Led by Dr Danielle Riley\, clinical psychologist and an experienced trauma recovery therapist\, this course provides a safe\, supportive environment to understand and heal from the effects of PTSD and C-PTSD. \nWhat You’ll Learn: Throughout the program\, you will explore key topics to support your healing journey\, including: \n\nUnderstanding PTSD and C-PTSD\nNervous system regulation and coping strategies\nManaging triggers and flashbacks\nBefriending your body and understanding trauma’s impact\nSetting healthy boundaries and fostering assertiveness\nHealing attachments and relationships\nOvercoming self-blame\, shame\, and embracing post-traumatic growth\n\nDetails: \n\nDuration: 10 weeks\nDates: Thursdays\, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM\, from 29th September to 5th December (no session on 31st October)\nCost: $647 (Medicare rebates available for eligible participants)\nLocation: Kindred Soul Sanctuary\nPayment Plans Available: Initial deposit of $247\, followed by two payments of $200\n\nWho Should Join: This program is ideal for women currently experiencing PTSD or C-PTSD symptoms as a result of past interpersonal trauma. Whether you’re new to therapy or seeking additional support alongside individual counseling\, this group provides valuable tools and emotional support to help you reclaim your life. \nHow to Enroll: Spaces are limited to ensure a safe\, intimate group setting.
