DESCRIPTION:Welcome Beautiful Soul! \nWelcome to “Finding HER” \nThis is a regular nurturing space for women who have lost touch with their true selves\, whether due to the demands of motherhood\, retirement\, critical illness\, anxiety\, or life’s many transitions. This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women\, share experiences\, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey. \n  \nTHIS MONTH: \nHEALING THROUGH ART THERAPY – Flower Mandala & Meditation workshop\nThis month we are joined by the incredible 7 Breaths owner Lisa. \n\nFinding HER evening:\nDuring this workshop we will discover the beautiful world of Mandala’s\, helping you to express the unexpressed\, get in touch with your inner world and create with intention.\n\nThis is a beginner art therapy experience where you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn to use expressive art as a tool for your overall well-being\, offering a sanctuary for the mind\, body\, and spirit.\n\nGuided meditation will also assist you to slow down your busy mind so you can connect in with your heart to hear your own internal wisdom before we create.\n\nMandala’s have a beautiful way of showing us what we can’t usually ‘see’ providing a space for self-reflection\, understanding and growth.\n\nDuring this workshop we will focus on creating a self-reflection Mandala out of beautiful natural flowers.\n\nGive yourself permission to switch off from all the distractions of the outside world and connect in with your beautiful heart.\n\nBy accessing our creative expression we are unlocking parts of ourselves that have been hidden away waiting to be discovered and embraced.\n\n\nSound Healing Session: Experience a soothing sound bath to help release emotional blockages and promote deep relaxation and healing\n\n  \nCome and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle. \n  \n*************** \nSound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration\, improve mental health\, emotional wellbeing\, or even physical pain. \nIf you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation. \nSound can lower blood pressure\, lower stress & anxiety\, relieve aches and pains\, and even strengthen the immune system. \n  \nWhat should you bring: \n\nEye pillow\nPillow for head\nWater bottle\nJournal & pen\n\nMats & light weight blankets provided. \n  \nDOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M.  \nIMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves\, you have epilepsy\, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. \nIf you are pregnant\, please let me know prior or when you arrive. \nAges 18+. \nLOCATION: Kindred Soul Sanctuary\, 2/2 Elliott St\, Surfers Paradise\, 4217 \nSTRICTLY NO REFUNDS. \nContact Michelle on 0429218936 or michelle@themrooms.com.au for any questions.
