As the founder of Kindred Soul Sanctuary, it is my heart’s greatest desire to create a space where heart-centred practitioners can gather and provide a soft space and gentle guidance for your healing and the rekindling of the light within.
With more than 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I’ve come to learn that there is no one modality to healing and coming home to ourselves. Instead, everyone has their own unique combination of strategies and tools that reawaken us to our potential.
My clinical practice is focused on fostering resilience and overcoming adversity using traditional psychological therapies alongside spiritual and holistic practices such as breathwork, energy healing, meditation, and exploring the wisdom of the mind-body connection.

Brooke Tayla is a Quantum Holistic Health and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. Brooke is a certified Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach and Quantum Transformational Healer with a holistic outlook on life.

Irean Baritakis
My name is Irean, and I have been teaching yoga and meditation for about 3+ years. I have completed my 200hr yoga teacher training, 50hr Yin yoga and am currently completing a 350hr yoga teacher training. All of my training has been under the ancient Vedic yogic practices. What brought me to yoga? From a young age I was drawn to yoga, not so much for the physical benefits, but for the mental benefits I had felt. The saying is true- the body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness. It is this peace and stillness which I hope to bring into people’s lives, so they too can feel what I have felt. It was only natural of course that sound healing became a part of my journey as well, as the sounds can help move you deeper into your meditation and inner reflection.
